LMR Group, LLC is a Veteran Owned General Contracting company founded in 2017. We specialize in multifamily property renovations and detailed commercial tenant buildouts. Projects include amenity space redevelopments, value-add renovations, capital improvement programs, and retail buildouts—all completed with the urgency with respect to the schedule and an emphasis on completing projects within the budget. We work closely with ownership groups and property teams to minimize tenant disruption and ensure accountability throughout the project.
