Founded in 2017, our team brings over 35 years of combined, hands-on construction experience across a wide range of project types and delivery methods.

We focus on repositioning and improving multifamily assets through value-add renovations, amenity redevelopments, and capital improvement programs, as well as delivering detailed commercial and retail build-outs. Our work is driven by a commitment to schedule control, budget accountability, and high-quality execution.

LMR partners closely with ownership groups, asset managers, and property teams to minimize tenant disruption, maintain clear communication, and ensure accountability from preconstruction through project closeout.
